Bills and Apartment Update
I contacted the Knolls, apparently no forwarding address was provided to them. They said after they took the deposit out, the total bill came to $333.00. If we don't pay by tomorrow morning it goes to a debt collection agency. If we split it 5 ways between everyone it would be $66.60.
The gas bill is still due, haven't got the one with the late fees on it but as long as it's under a few dollars it doesn't matter to me. Here's what it was last time before any late fees:
Walt, owes $61.52
Mike or Michelle, can you find out how much the electric bill is for Jan., or whatever, you can call them or I can (which I probally will eventually if you guys don't) there number is 314.342.1111
I thought we were suppose to Shadowrun, I guess you guys don't like me anymore.

Final Gas Bill is $307.57
$206.08 from last time + 101.49 for the last few days we were there.
101.49 / 3 = 33.83
Walt, owes $61.52
While I'm on the subject of money I'm pretty sure I put down all of the ($100) deposit. At the time I was thinking it would be a good investment, now I'm not so sure. Not that it matters with all the damage to the apartment, just wanted to point that out.
In any case has anyone heard how much we owe on the apartment?

Ending the Casa
Since the kitchen has been all but ignored, and the part of Al's room that we used for storage is about the same, the Casa is still dirty.
Michelle and I, and Al, are going to make an attempt to clean it (which has been limited up to now due to lack of assistance on public areas and the fact that the public dumpsters are full), which means that we will be a day over on the lease. This is coming out of the deposit. Being that it is needed for cleaning, it is not something that Michelle or I will be paying for in it's enterity, but expect to be spread amoung those who put in for the deposit.
Also, the refridgerator is disgusting. If you have anything in that, come throw it away.
And Eric and Walt, we have our new phone now, and are mostly moved in, so we need to come to some kind of payment plan for the money that is owed.

Phone and Cable
Last month of Phone and Cable bill is due, total comes to 88.74. That's 53.75 for the phone, and 34.99 for the internet. Split it however you want, I need the total ammount as soon as possible. Please post to let me know when the best time to get this money to me would be, arrangements can be made to pick it up. If you can pay me for the bill instead of currently deducting the ammount from whatever I may owe, it would really make getting the bill paid easier, as I currently do not have the money to take care of the extra bill myself as of now. I have every intention of taking care of my own debts once I start getting paid, which should be by the end of next week. I don't know if I can pay off everything in full right off the bat, but I will make an effort to begin reducing my debts at that time.

Couldn't find the bill so I called the gas co.. if you don't believe me I can call them and you can listen to the bill..
$206.08 is the total from dec-8 to jan-9, everyone was here for at least part of those times.
IS there anyone that won't be paying? M&M, Eric, Walt, Al, Skippy?
If the above 5 do pay it will be:
5 / $206.08 = $41.22
Need to know ASAP.

Mike or Michelle your turn to do rent
Unless Al wants to do it... Eric did last month, I did month before that. I think it's going to be $30 (in total) more than usual due to the water bill being tacked onto it (unless this goes into affect next month, which then it wouldn't matter to us).

Eric owes me $7 after taking out this months phone/cable bill.
Eric and Walt remember that you will still owe money on the next set of bills as they are for the previous month (i.e. when we get the bills in mid-Janurary they will be for December). How are you planning on working this out?

Seems like it's not good to turn the heater up to 80. Can who ever keeps turning up the heat stop? It should never be over 75. Buy more covers, it'd be cheaper.

Note: Eric, since you owe me for the past two gas bills (not including this one) and thats around 18-20$ and the past two phone bills i owe you, around $24 each.. it's about 10$ that I owe you... Then this months phone bill + the 10 I owe you is around the amount of gas this month so I think we can call it even until Jan. Current Mood: wtf?

Electric for November.
Due to newfound apathy and lack of time to do anything, I haven't gotten to put up the electric bill until now.
It's late by the 21st, which is a Monday, which really means it's late after Friday.
That as it is, we're going to pay it now, and not wait for everyone to pay us back.
Total = $83.55
You owe = $16.71
And Eric still owes from last month. That was $30.60.Edit
$30.60 is not including the reduction from the part of the bills you paid and simply take my part out of. That number, however, isn't on here (the last post of how much it is is back in September). So it's $30.60 minus whatever you paid on my behalf for phone and cable. Current Mood: Stupid house and crappy heat.

moving after awhile
As an FYI, I just got approved for an apartment, and will probably begin the moving process in late december, early january. I'll still pay rent for the time that I am here though. I will not officialy be gone, until my bed is gone, unless michelle wants to keep it. Current Mood: working

Rent is comprised as follows
Walter: $250 + $30(money borrowed earlier from alpheus) = $280
Alpheus: $70 -$30(paid by walter) = $40(not collected)
Appologies for not coming home last night to get all of this straight. Long story short, the rent total is short(280+235+(225(2))+40 = 1005)
Based on the figure, we're 20 short of the normal amount. It looks like Eric and M&M's rent has not been forecast correctly, perhaps your normal rate was 235 as opposed to 225. if this is not correct, then please let me know otherwise, if it is, then would the two aforementioned parties please remit an additional $10 for rent. This is a PSA baby, so come correct =P. Rent is not paid until all have been accounted for. I will be out and about this afternoon, but feel free to call. (636)675-2602 Current Mood: amused

48.63 + 36.32 = 84.95 + 2 stamps = .37 x 2 = 0.74$ + 2 envelope = .02 x 2 = 0.04$ =
84.95 + 0.74 + 0.04 = $85.73, 85.73 / 5 = $17.15

A Modest Proposal
I will give $10 or pay for one reasonable dinner at a local fast food joint (Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, etc...) to anyone that will clean out the mashed potato and gravy dishes that I used so very long ago. I know that I am the one that created the mess, and it should have been taken care of long ago, but it has long since reached a point that trying to clean it myself would most likely result in me making a much larger and more volatile mess involving the contents of my stomach.
While Jake has agreed to clean these articles, he has yet to fulfil his agreement, and I doubt he intends to within the next several months or so. I no longer make food that involves any perishable items except on a very rare occasion and in small quantities, and I try to use as little dishes as possible now. (Because quite frankly, Michelle is very scary sometimes when she doesn't have clean dishes to make her food. No offence intended.) If these items are removed, I will clean and dispose of any remaining questionable articles of food within the fridge.
Payment would be received upon completion of this task, no later than Friday the 14th.
